This includes, but is not limited to, automated lead follow-up, Google Business Profile management, and customer service via SMS, voice, and email. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated messages related to your business inquiries and service updates.

2. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our website, AI agents, and services.

3. Rates and Costs Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for details on your specific plan and any costs associated with receiving text messages.

4. Help & Support Reply HELP at any time for more information about our SMS services. You may also contact us at support@z4technology.com for assistance.

5. Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to the short code or long code number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Limitation of Liability Z4 Technology LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
